Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to any game or event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against O’Malley Ice & Sports Center LLC, its Employees and Member Owners and the Municipality of Anchorage, including claims that arise from the negligence of any of the afore-said parties or the acts of others attending the game or event. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules. Failure to comply with laws or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. Ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance with applicable law, and facility rules, and acknowledges that no weapons, firearms, or illegal substances are permitted in the facility.
